La Furba IGT Toscana Sangiovese
La Furba, which means “cunning” in Italian, is the latest addition to the Buon Tempo family. This particular cuvée arises from the desire not to wait for 2 years for the Rosso di Montalcino or 5 years for the Brunello before being able to taste the wines. Thus, a more accessible and fresh wine is born. Thanks to its terracotta amphora vinification, the wine matures more quickly than in wood and is suitable for youthful consumption. A limited-edition cuvée produced from only two amphorae.

Tenuta del Buon Tempo
It all begins with a chance encounter, as often happens in life. I met Janet and Per during my job in the restaurant industry. Two great wine enthusiasts with whom I shared a vision of viticulture and wine. Janet and Per also had a passionate encounter with Buontempo.
In 2012, the couple visited this beautiful haven of peace and immediately fell in love. In the same year, Per acquired the estate with the goal of producing wines that respect the traditions of the place, which has been home to vineyards since 1941, as well as the terroir and the environment. The organic approach was immediately adopted, and Janet and Per aim to be completely sustainable by 2030. A challenge that excites me as much as their wines.
