Chapter I: The Departure

Throughout my journey through the wine regions of Europe, I will stop to harvest in the most beautiful terroirs in the world. Seven vinifications are planned. The first could only take place in my starting place, Valais. This cuvée was sponsored by Sandra and Olivier Mounir from the Rhodan cellar in Salquenen. A fantastic couple who allowed me to bottle 300 liters of their 2023 Cornalin to create the cuvée Vinum Itineris Chapter I: The Departure. This is a limited edition of 150 magnums.
