Camillo, a Piedmontese winemaker with a Burgundian soul, took over the family estate in Piverone after a career in a completely different field. Returning to his roots, he developed a passion for viticulture, particularly in Burgundy. His enthusiasm even led him to write two books on the subject, one of which focused on the DRC, with the assistance of its owner. In his wines, clear nods to the Burgundian world can be found, emphasizing harmony, consistency, balance, and delicacy. The cuvée “Le Chiusure” embodies all of this in a fresh and unpretentious perspective.
