Bianco Pomice IGT
The first love is never forgotten. In my case, it was with Bianco Pomice. Tasting this wine marked the beginning of my long journey into the world of wines. Derived from an aromatic grape like Malvasia, this wine surprises the taster with its aromatic nose leaning towards sweetness, transforming in the mouth into a mineral, lively wine far from being sweet. This is made possible by the volcanic soil of Lipari, allowing the production of aromatic grapes without falling into a rich and heavy profile

Tenuta di Castellaro
Tenuta di Castellaro was one of the first wines I tasted in my career. These wines, both generous and powerful without being rich or cloying, intrigued me from the very first sip. Coming from the island of Lipari, in the Aeolian archipelago, north of Sicily, the vineyards rest on magnificent volcanic soils that impart the wines with their characteristic freshness and minerality.
Castellaro’s wines are made from indigenous grape varieties of the area, such as Malvasia di Lipari for the whites or Corinto Nero for the reds. They are bottles brimming with Mediterranean fruits and aromas, always offering a perfect balance between the generosity of Sicily’s sunlight and the freshness of Lipari’s volcanic coastline.
