Décanonisé
Former restaurateurs, Saïda and Jeff made the bold decision to dedicate themselves to winemaking on the Ardèche plateau. Stepping away from academic conventions, they craft wines with particular attention to texture. This cuvée comes from vines located at over 350 meters in altitude, which were removed from the Saint-Joseph AOC following a reform passed 30 years ago. It embodies the spirit of the old Saint-Joseph wines, with a character that is both refined and slightly austere, enhanced by 100% whole-cluster fermentation.

WINEMAKERS / PRODUCERS
Domaine de l'Iserand
Saïda, a former chef of Moroccan origin, and Jean-François (or Jeff to everyone), a former restaurateur with a passion for wine, left their respective jobs to venture into winemaking, creating Domaine de l’Iserand on the Ardèche plateau. It has been a successful gamble, as the wines they produce captivate with their texture and finesse. Thanks to their great mastery of winemaking, often done in amphorae, they manage to create both red and white wines of remarkable delicacy, with a persistent texture and a distinctive character.
